This program is an initiative by ThinkSmart, in partnership with Bapco to help pave the way for the Top Bahraini IT Graduates to help equip them with the skill set needed to become the next Future IT Leader of Bahrain

This program will select  the top, qualified and trained University graduates that are ready to join and actively contribute to the organization.

This will also enable the engagement of Young Bahrainis in well paid jobs, hence, encouraging the development of Bahrain’s Economic growth and welfare, making Bahrain the coding hub across the region.
